Return & Exchange Policy

  • Policy Period: You can return or exchange items within 14 days of purchase.
    Not eligible for items on sale.

  • Online Exchange Only: All returns and exchanges must be processed online. Please reach out to us via Instagram or through our Contact Us page for assistance.

  • Sale Period: Please note that no exchanges or returns are allowed for items during sale periods.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused and unwashed. Attach all tags and produce e-receipt to be eligible for exchange.

  • Bamboo fabric is soft, breathable, and eco-friendly, but it still needs proper care to maintain its quality:

    • Wash: Use cold water and a gentle cycle to preserve the softness of your bamboo clothing.

    • Dry: Air dry by laying flat or hanging up. If you must use a dryer, choose a low heat setting to avoid shrinkage.

    • Iron: Bamboo is naturally wrinkle-resistant, so ironing is usually not necessary. If needed, iron on a low setting.

    • Avoid: Do not bleach or use fabric softeners, as these can damage the fibers

  • To reduce environmental impact, we do not include printed receipts or invoices with our orders. You will receive an e-confirmation order via email after your purchase and another “shipped out” email informing you that your order has picked up by courier.

  • At the moment, we only offer delivery within Singapore. We’re working on expanding our shipping options and will update you when international shipping becomes available.

  • We mail it via SingPost in our waterproof poly-mailer.
